Lynn Fletcher
Executive Director, Pat Fletcher Foundation
Lynn leads the day-to-day operations for the foundation and oversees the organization’s mission to provide financial assistance to deserving young Canadian students on their journey to obtaining a university degree. Reporting to the Chair of the Mint Green Group, Ted Fletcher, she joins Joan Fletcher, Joanne Fletcher, Derek Kent, Zach Curry, Bob Hogarth, and Michael Richards who are trustees of the organization. After graduating from Queen’s University, Lynn pursued a successful career in advertising for a leading Canadian agency and led a sales division for a top global sportswear brand. Lynn currently resides in Toronto, Ontario with her husband and children. Her family enjoys spending time together playing golf. They are all avid players and share the passion for the game.
Joan Fletcher
Trustee
Joan was born into a family of avid golfers with a passion and respect for the game. After working in the Social Service department of the Montreal General Hospital Joan dedicated herself to her family, philanthropy, and volunteering. She served as Ladies’ Captain at The Royal Montreal Golf Club and was Quebec President of the CWSGA, as well as playing key roles in numerous Canadian Opens and Presidents’ Cup tournaments. Joan currently lives in Montreal with her husband Ted.
Joanne Fletcher
Trustee
Joanne is CEO of the Mint Green Group. With a background in Brand Marketing, she began her career in consumer packaged goods and brings over 20 years of executive experience as a business leader for Kraft Foods, Merrill Lynch, Puma, Nike and Barnes & Noble. Joanne received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. Joanne is an avid golfer and loves running and skiing.
Ted Fletcher

Ted is one of Canada’s most recognized business leaders in the Golf, Sports, and Lifestyle industries. With decades of experience leading the Canadian growth of many iconic brands, Ted has built a reputation as a trusted partner, a savvy entrepreneur, a dedicated philanthropist, and a highly accomplished business leader.
Bob Hogarth
Trustee
As a lifelong friend of the Fletcher family and a highly respected golf professional, we are honoured to have Bob as a valued member of the board of trustees. Bob has served on the board as a trustee over a decade and continues to play a key role in the selection of scholarship recipients. Bob is a past Head Professional at the Royal Montreal Golf Club, a position that Pat Fletcher held himself from 1955 – 1975. Bob lives in New Brunswick with his wife, Peggy.
Michael Richards
Trustee
Mike has been a trustee of The Foundation since its establishment in 1986 and continues to serve as the lead advisor on all legal and operational matters. As a respected attorney and a member of several esteemed committees, Mike brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the Foundation’s board. He lives in Montreal with his wife, Cherry.
Zachary Curry
Trustee
Zach Curry is the President and Portfolio Manager of the highly respected Canadian Investment firm Davis-Rea. The Company manages equity, fixed income, and balanced funds, as well as offers portfolio and asset management services. Davis-Rea serves individual and institutional investors in Canada. Zach is an avid skier and golfer and is a member of Rosedale Golf Club in Toronto.
